Originally from Romania, Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in 2000 and her master’s degree in 2001 in the Faculty of Humanities at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.

After university, she spent three years in the non-profit sector, working with foundations and associations on cultural and charitable initiatives.

Following a series of personal tragedies, she stepped away from the corporate world.

During this period of retreat and reflection, she created an online magazine exploring sustainability in contemporary design and fashion. This creative endeavour marked her entry into the Hungarian media landscape, followed by work in print, television and radio.

She moved to Budapest to join her husband and spent her first three years working in legal and business roles, continually expanding her knowledge in both fields.

In 2020, she decided it was time to help others and completed several coaching training programmes. Her qualifications are listed on her LinkedIn profile. ​​

Since then, she has gained hundreds of hours of experience in individual coaching sessions and delivered a range of organisational development programmes.

Her work combines professional training with exercises and techniques she has developed herself.

During this period, she worked on commercial property development projects across Hungary, initially in development and sales, and later as head of property management.

She also spent six months living in Shenzhen, China.

Alongside delivering professional workshops and talks, Maria draws on her media experience to moderate events and industry panel discussions.
